The city of Tskaltubo is located in the Imereti Region in the Western part of Georgia and was a well-known health destination during the Soviet era. Within the city, there is a 70 hectares park including nine bath facilities (with hot springs) and 16 hotels/sanatoriums (buildings of impressive size, architecture and cultural significance) with around 5’000 beds.
Years of neglect (following the independence) turned a once vibrant health destination into a dilapidated place. We proposed the necessary steps to revive the Medical and Wellness SPA Capital of Eastern Europe:

Analysis of the current situation / market analysis
Technical feasibility of all available (existing and potential) assets,
Concept development
Investor assessment / fund raising concept.
